We/I are bonafied students of the above institute.
We/I shall submit the article, as per rules & regulations, before 31th March 2008 to the organizer.
We/I agree that a token study cost of Rs. 1000 /- shall be paid for each article, if published, and the students / author are present and render participation at the book release venue and presentation / talk in May 2008 at Mumbai.
The synopsis of about 250 to 500 words shall be submitted to the organizer on or before 25th March 08 along with Form B.
The participants shall ensure that the time frame shall be strictly adhered and all the submission shall be received at the office of the organizers.
The participant shall be allotted a Unique Code Number (UCN) and all the correspondence may be made with the organizers by quoting this reference number.
The list of authors may be changed at any time before 31th March 2008 by informing the organizers by re - sending the Form A with the revised data and boldly super scribing in red "Revision" and stating the UCN in the next line below the word "Revision".
This document shall be signed by the Director / Principal or the Registrar of the institute.
The organizers shall confirm the change in the records within 3 days failing which the applicant may contact the organizers on phone and get the requisite clearance in written.
The article and documents submitted shall be non - refundable and shall become the property of the organizers.
The organizers reserve the right to publish this article in anyway that they may deem fit, use part or whole of the article with or without acknowledgement. The articles may be subjected to editing at the discretion of the organizer.
The organizers shall intimate the date and time for the special release ceremony cum talk at

BANDRA KURLA COMPLEX,
MUMBAI

Scheduled on 22 to 24 May 2008.
The authors are expected to present a 15 minutes presentation through talk or a slide show and persuade the architect to visit this presentation. The organizers shall send a brief on the event by end April 2008.

The decision of the jury appointed by organizers shall be binding and conclusive and the event, awards ceremony, article and comments may be allowed by the organizers to be published by media through printed, electronic or through T.V. or by any other means. The organizers may ask the participants to be suitability briefed and dressed for such event.
Certificate of participation shall be awarded to all the authors from organizers
The organizers may institute any other award as they may deem fit.
